| - I embarked upon the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer programme in September 2006.

| - I became a qualified Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4 in September of 2005.

| - In
October 2004, I undertook and completed a Management System Auditor
training course in conjuction with Yewcote Consulting Limited.

| - In March 2004, I became a full member of The British HCI Group, part of The British Computing Society.
|
| - During June 2000, I was part of a design team fortunate enough to have won the IPL Award for Group Project Management.
|
| - In September 2002, I secured a Master's training package award from Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
|
I am an accomplished pianist and organist having won Technics Music Academy medals on a number of occasions. Other favoured pastimes include an appreciation of music (including classical, jazz, reggae & jungle), event organizing and promotion and mixing. Tennis, cycling, 5-a-side football, chess, snooker, Asian cuisine and, more recently, gardening all serve to occupy what remaining spare time I have.
